Real Talk with Tamera Episode 20: Other Documents to Elevate the Customer Experience & a Note on NDAs…

We’re nearing the end of Q1 which is crazy, because January felt like a year. Not to mention, it was pretty slow for business and I shared my thoughts during my January in Review episode. Aside from complaining about free time, I use the beginning of the year to review my annual goals and then break them up into quarterly then monthly goals so they’re more tangible & easier to grasp. 

I also review current systems to see if there is an opportunity to improve the customer experience & possibly introduce some form of automation or delegation, review pricing and packages, catch up on sleep, write out affirmations etc. 

As I shared in a previous episode, my word for 2020 is Expansion. And while I’ve shared my overarching goals, I wanted to also take this opportunity to share random thoughts and activities around my process this year. 

So this episode I wanted to quickly talk about some business documents you should consider adding for your business that you probably haven’t thought about. These are documents aside from contracts or invoices that will help your business run more efficiently & effectively.
